What data we process
This site has no forms: it does not collect data by itself. The only personal data we process is what you send us voluntarily by writing to the contact email or connecting on LinkedIn: name, email address, company, role and whatever you choose to tell us.
The server hosting the site records technical connection data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) in its activity logs, for security and troubleshooting.
Why we use it and on what legal basis
To answer your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare a services proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request (article 6.1.b GDPR).
To maintain the commercial relationship and subsequent correspondence. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to those who contact us (article 6.1.f GDPR).
For the security of the site and its technical logs. Legal basis: legitimate interest (article 6.1.f GDPR).
We make no automated decisions and build no profiles from your data.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the applicable statutory limitation periods. Server technical logs are kept for the period set by the hosting provider.
Who else can access it
Our email provider, which operates the mailbox service. The hosting provider for the website. Both act as data processors and are bound by contract.
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). In doing so, your browser sends your IP address to Google. No cookies are set in that process.
Beyond these cases we do not share data with third parties, except where legally required.
Transfers outside the European Union
The typeface loading described above involves a communication to Google, based in the United States. Google adheres to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, deemed adequate by the European Commission.
Your rights
